Night Owl Coffee Bar began with a simple idea sparked by a late-night Pinterest scroll, a deep love for coffee, and a desire to create something more meaningful than just another cup to-go. What started as a mobile coffee bar has grown into a community-driven coffee experience rooted in quality, connection, and intention.

Founded by local Floridians Marie Nicole and Anthony Souders, Night Owl was built on the belief that great coffee should be memorable. From sourcing the perfect beans to dialing in every espresso pull, our goal has always been the same: create coffee you can truly taste, and feel good about drinking. (As our guests often say, “You can actually taste the coffee.”)

Today, Night Owl Coffee Bar is more than a vendor, it’s a gathering place. Whether you’re stopping by during a busy morning, winding down in the evening, or meeting friends downtown, we aim to create a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and rooted in community.
